Store Exchange Policy

At Adhunik Emporium, we take every care to ensure that our customers receive products that meet our standards of quality and presentation. We encourage our customers to carefully inspect and verify their selection at the time of purchase.

1. Exchange Period

Eligible products may be considered for exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy.

2. Conditions for Exchange

An exchange will be considered only when all of the following conditions are met:

• The original bill/invoice is presented.

• The product is unused, unworn and unwashed.

• All original tags, labels and packaging are intact.

• The product is in its original, undamaged and saleable condition.

• The product has not been altered, tailored, embroidered, customised or otherwise modified.

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Adhunik Emporium.

3. Products Not Eligible for Exchange

The following products are not eligible for exchange:

• Cut-length fabrics, including suiting, shirting and other fabrics sold by length.

• Altered, tailored or customised garments.

• Made-to-measure or specially prepared products.

• Products that have been used, worn, washed, damaged or otherwise altered after purchase.

• Products specifically marked as “Sale”, “Clearance” or “Non-Exchangeable.”

4. Exchange of an Eligible Product

Where an exchange is approved under this policy, the product may be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value, subject to availability.

For a higher-value replacement, the customer shall pay the difference in value.

5. Manufacturing Defects

In the unlikely event that a product is found to have a manufacturing defect or a defect attributable to the product at the time of purchase, customers are requested to bring the matter to our attention promptly.

Following inspection and verification, an appropriate resolution may be offered, which may include replacement or exchange, subject to applicable law.

6. Sale & Promotional Purchases

Products purchased under sale, clearance or specially marked promotional offers are non-exchangeable, unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

7. Original Bill Required

The original invoice/bill is mandatory for all exchange requests.

8. No Exchange for Change of Preference

Exchange is not permitted due to a change of mind, change of preference, change in colour preference, change of style, or any other personal choice after purchase.

Customers are therefore requested to carefully select and verify their purchase before completing the transaction.

9. No Cash Refund

No cash refund will be provided against an approved exchange or on account of a change in preference.

All exchanges are subject to the terms and conditions of this policy and inspection of the product.

Adhunik Emporium reserves the right to decline an exchange where the prescribed conditions are not fulfilled, subject to applicable law.
